How it Works
One-off orders are fine.
For repeat orders simply order your products and select a reorder option.
Please add any any questions or extra instructions on the order page. This might include the name, age, breed and weight of your pet or you might ask us how frequently you should reorder.
Feel free to contact us to be sure we understand what you need.
Every time after the first order we will let you know by text or email two working days before we send the next reorder. Simply respond to change that order.
You will not be charged until the day that order is sent.
Upon order you'll be assigned an account manager. As much as possible, you'll always deal with that person. They will remind you of upcoming orders, medications and answer any questions.
Stockpiling or running short
The whole point of our system is that we continually adjust your order to suit you and your pet. If we need to push an order back or bring it forward, we will adjust future orders in line with that period time. Unlike some of our competitors we won't ignore the change in timing. We're not here to send you more than you need or let you run short.
We offer reliable, timely delivery of worm, flea and tick treatments. Just add the option to your order or buy the medication from our Health pages.

If you no longer require an order and can't tell us ahead of time, simply send the unopened product back. See Returns.
